Information you share
Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, chosen book language and order details. The first-key form uses your phone number and optional email to prefill checkout through your shopping session. The contact form sends your name, email, WhatsApp number and message to our support inbox. Do not send card details or sensitive information through the contact form.
How we use your information
We use these details to process payments, manage preorders, deliver your books, answer enquiries and provide order support. Checkout does not subscribe you to marketing. Where an account is created, it stores information needed to manage your account and orders.
Service providers
WordPress and WooCommerce store order and account information on our hosting service. Razorpay processes payments; we do not store full payment card details. Shipping providers receive information needed for delivery. Our email provider processes transactional messages and support enquiries. Google Fonts may receive connection information when website fonts load.
Cookies and storage
Essential shopping-session and login cookies help the cart, checkout and accounts work. Session storage remembers whether you have entered the vault so you do not need to repeat the introduction in the same browser session. The theme does not include advertising trackers.
Retention and your choices
We retain order information as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable obligations. You can clear browser storage at any time; this may clear your cart or require you to log in again.
