No change-of-mind refunds
Once payment is processed, we do not offer voluntary cancellation or refunds simply because you change your mind. Please review the edition, price and preorder delivery timeline before paying. This does not limit any cancellation or refund remedy required by applicable law.
No change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns of correctly supplied, undamaged books for change of mind. Defective, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise legally eligible orders remain covered by your consumer rights.
Damaged artifacts
If your book is damaged in transit, please report it through our support email within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Include your order reference and retain photographs of the book and packaging. We will provide instructions for submitting those photographs and arrange a replacement for verified transit damage at no additional charge.
The 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate courier damage; it does not extinguish your statutory rights. Replacement is not your sole remedy where a refund or another remedy is required by law.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes remedies for defective, deficient, incorrect or misdescribed goods, non-delivery, or late delivery where applicable law provides a remedy. If we cannot fulfil your paid order, you will be entitled to an appropriate refund. Accepted refunds will be processed to the original payment method within applicable legal and payment-provider timelines.
