TERMS OF THE INITIATION

1. The 44-Day Pre-Order Window

This book does not currently sit in a warehouse. You are entering a 44-day pre-order portal. The window closes on 13 December 2026 at 11:59 PM IST. Paid orders establish the final print count and fund production. Payments are not represented as being held in an escrow or trust account.

2. The Forging Process (Post-Window)

The exact second the 44-day clock expires, the portal seals. Only then does the physical forging begin.

Production: It will take approximately 7 days (1 week) for the press to print, bind, stamp, and package these high-end artifacts.

Deployment: Once packaged, allow approximately 7 days (1 week) for courier delivery within India, subject to address serviceability.

3. Delivery Estimate

You can expect the physical book to arrive roughly 2 weeks after the preorder window closes: within India around 27 December 2026. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production, courier or serviceability issues may affect timing; your statutory rights for delay remain intact.

VDCODE costs ₹1,199, against an original price of ₹3,500. India delivery is ₹150, making the total ₹1,349. International delivery charges and availability are shown at checkout; overseas delivery takes longer and customs charges may apply. All amounts are in INR. The book is a 555-page A5 book.

4. Intellectual Property & Silence

The 555 pages of VDCODE contain proprietary translations, original macro-astrological models, and deeply researched cosmic physics developed over ten years by Vishwak Datta. The book is supplied for personal use. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of protected text, original diagrams or other protected expression may infringe copyright, subject to applicable exceptions and limitations. Buying the book does not transfer copyright or prevent lawful discussion, criticism or review.

5. Accuracy of Coordinates (Shipping Data)

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number and email are entered accurately at checkout. Contact us promptly if corrections are needed. Incorrect information can delay or prevent delivery, and address corrections may not be possible after dispatch. Responsibility for any delivery issue will be assessed according to its cause and applicable law; these terms do not exclude our responsibility for our own errors.

6. The book’s perspective
